Our terms and conditions of sale.
All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds. All items are shipped insured. Any item received in less than perfect condition must be reported to us, via email, within 24 hours of receiving. Shipments returned or refused will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Any item that is returned and can not be redelivered to the customer will be considered abandoned after 7 days.

In the unlikely event that we send an incorrect item, we will replace the item at our cost. If you receive an incorrect item you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We will at our cost send a return label and a replacement product.
